Torah Umesorah's ICC Course is now entering its 7th year of training teachers to become coaches. With exceptional instructors such as Mrs. Chumi Levitansky, Mrs. Mindy Lidsky, and Mrs. Rochel Zimmerman, you will gain cutting-edge strategies throughout the process.


In this course, you will:
- Study and develop coaching skills and strategies
- Be able to assist and support newly-hired teachers, while employing coaching language and data-based assessment tools
- Understand professional teaching standards and recognize Elements of Effective Instruction that impact student learning
- Understand the elements for creating and maintaining an effective environment
- Connect with a growing professional community of learners
