Mindful school leadership is the practice of maintaining a sustained awareness of thought and emotion in the rapidly changing school environment.

Mindfulness equips school leaders with beliefs and practices that increase focus, clarity and productivity.

The mindful presence and attention to the moment contribute to efficient and creative problem solving.

Featured Presenter: Matis Miller, LSCW, ACT
Matis Miller is uniquely qualified to present on the topic of Mindfulness. In addition to his credentials as a licensed clinical social worker, he is board certified in cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapies.

Matis is the founder, director, and supervisor of The Center for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy of New Jersey. He has over a decade of experience treating teens and adults with a wide range of psychiatric and emotional difficulties. His practice is located In Lakewood, New Jersey.

He is a talmid of Rav Yechiel Perr, Shlita and Mir Yerushalayim. Mr. Miler's practice has been conducted in consultation with the Mashgiach, Rav Mattisyahu Solomon, Shlita.
